The gym, group classes, sauna and jacuzzi are open Monday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 18:00. The gym is closed on Sunday. The outdoor pool opens for the summer season, May 15 to September 15, every day 09:00 to 20:00, Sundays included.
Yes. A heated 25 metre indoor pool, open all year from Monday to Saturday with the gym. It hosts coached lanes, family swim and the kids' swim school. There is no lifeguard at the indoor pool, so under 16s swim with an adult in the water or in a coached lesson.
Every membership gives the same access: the gym floor, all group classes, sauna, jacuzzi and locker rooms. Indoor and outdoor pool access are add-ons at reception. Personal training, EMS, reformer pilates and the kids' swim school are sold separately. Plans only differ by commitment: monthly, a year paid monthly, or a full year paid up front.

Since 2008 we have trained people with a science led method: test first, then train. Programs are designed by a coach with a doctorate in Sports Physiology, using the same approach we use with national level athletes. Testing covers body composition, mobility, strength, jump and VO2 max.
More than 25 classes a week, including HIIT, spinning, boxing, yoga and mobility. Classes are capped so every member gets coached.
Yes. Small group reformer classes on professional machines, at beginner and intermediate level, with five seats per class. Private sessions are available on request.
Yes, all on site: sports physiotherapy and rehab, osteopathy, lymphatic massage and Justfit EMS training, plus sauna and jacuzzi.
A kids' swim school with levels set by ability, not age, and private outdoor pool birthday parties for ages 5 to 12 during the summer season.
